Does Lovely Little Firefly ship to the USA?
Yes, we ship to the USA.
Does your store ship internationally?
No, at the moment, we only ship to Canada and the USA. We hope to start shipping internationally soon.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, we select products that are safely made from Organic fibers. These fibers are grown naturally and sustainably without the use of herbicides, pesticides, or any other harmful chemicals, which makes them safe for sensitive skin.
Does your gift card carry an expiration date?
No, our gift cards do not have an expiration date.
What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?
If your gift card is lost or stolen, please inform us as soon as possible by email at lovelylittlefirefly@gmail.com. We will have to verify your original purchase details to ensure that we are reissuing the card to the rightful owner. The amount on the original gift card will be issued to the replacement card.
Will your store be bringing in bigger sizes soon?
Yes, we are actively working on sourcing bigger sizes/ new collections as soon as possible.
Does your store offer refunds?
Yes, we will provide you with a full refund. Please ensure that products are in their original packing, unwashed, unused, and are not missing items from the package.
How do I get a refund/exchange?

What is your refund policy?
Lovely Little Firefly offers a full refund on all products except final sale items. Refer to our Store Policy page for more information.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Your refund may take 5-10 business days to arrive. If there are any issues with your refund, please contact us immediately.
What happens if my package is delayed?
If your package is delayed, please inform us so that we can check the tracking information and update you on its status.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact our store immediately. We will cancel the order, and you can place it again.
If the package has already been sent out, we can redirect it back to our store. If we are not able to redirect the package, you will have to wait until it is returned to us. Once we receive your return, we will notify you.
What are your store hours?
Lovely Little Firefly operates seven days a week, from 9 am and closes at 9 pm Monday-Saturday. On Sundays, we are open from 11 am to 5 pm.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard shipping takes 5-10 days, while our express shipping takes 3-5 days.
