Thank you for shopping with us at Lovely Little Firefly. We want you to have the best possible shopping experience!
Refunds
All refunds must be done within 14 days of purchase. Tags must be attached to all products. Products must be returned in their original state of purchase. We will not refund products that have missing tags or that have been washed. After our store receives the product, your payment method will be given a full refund. Refunds may take 5-10 days to process. Also, it could take 1-2 weeks for us to receive your returns. Please first send us a request for a return. After our store accepts your return, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you. A shipping fee of 7.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchange
All exchanges must be made within 21 days of purchase. We will not exchange products with missing tags or washed products. Please inform us first by email at lovelylittle@gmail.com before sending items back to our store and submitting proof of payment for a faster transaction.
Shipping products back to the store follow these steps.
Simply email us at lovelylittlefirefly@gmail.com to request a refund/exchange. Once we receive your request, you will be presented with a pre-paid return label to initiate the return process for a P.O. Box address. You can also use your label and pay shipping at your expense. Please use the following mailing address for refund/exchange 51009 P.O. BOX WINDSOR RPO WESTMINISTER ON, N8T- 3R6.
- Securely package the product, ensuring your box is sealed correctly
- Please firmly attach the P.O. Box pre-paid return label sent to you through our email.
- Ensure the carrier you choose to return your item to our store handles the P.O. Box address. UPS doesn’t deliver to the P.O. Box address.
Gift Cards
If you purchase an item using a gift card, all refunds/exchanges will be added to your gift card. Just a reminder, our gift does not have an expiration date.
Discounts/ Sample products
Discounts cannot be combined. Any discount codes given must be used before the expiration dates. We reserve the right to reject invalid discount requests. Our store does not accept products given as promo samples for refund/exchange.
Sale Items
All sales are final. We will not send customers pre-paid labels for products that are final sales.
Customers in the USA
Please include the required customs documentation and a completed customs declaration form to ensure timely shipping. Also, include the product name and value. If you encounter any problems, please email us at lovelylittlefirefly@gmail.com, and we will be delighted to assist you!
Missing Refunds
- For missing refunds, please check your bank account/ your bank for updates.
- Next, reach out to your credit card company. The processing time varies between credit card companies.
- If your refund is still missing, contact us at lovelylittlefirefly@gmail.com and explain your situation. We will assist you immediately.
Damaged Items
We want to take this opportunity to apologize in advance for any damaged products our customers received. We understand how disappointing this can be. We do our best to package products to reduce damages, but they will occur despite our best efforts. If a product is delivered to you damaged, please submit a picture of the damaged product within 48 hours. Return the damaged product with proof of payment, and we will offer you a full refund once it is received.
Questions/ Concerns
All questions and concerns will be addressed immediately. However, we might need more time to answer your questions in some situations. In that case, we will respond within one day.
